I also do not want that loud game below. I didn’t realize it had sound until just now. I’ll give it another day before I take that shit down.

This stupid thing I’m reading has too many words I don’t know like vouchsafe, ephemeral, parlanced, putative, tendentious, aphorism, double entendre, fallacious and turpitude.

I know my peeps out there have bigger vocabularies than I do and probably know most, if not all of those. But I had to look up all of them and it’s getting old typing them in and I dunno where my dictionary is. sigh

It seems I won’t be able to get a job with a school district quite yet. I’m sure they’re interviewing people with even the slightest bit of experience over me. But what can ya do. I did pass the CBEST and did the CPR/First Aid training, but don’t have any child development units yet. I will though, so I have to keep reminding myself of that. I guess I’ll try next year.

As for now it seems I’ll be trying to go through a temp agency. Hopefully they’ll find me something that is about 30 hours a week since I’m in 12 units. Oh, and school. Here comes the complaining
So I went to visit my cousins last weekend and I said that the statistics class shouldn’t be too hard because I had a different stats class before. She asked if the one I took covered it, but I was pretty certain it didn’t since it says something about health something in the title. Then I thought about the title of the book which was Statistics for People (who think they) Don’t Like Statistics. I was thinking how generic that sounded and thought I better find out before I waste my time and money on it.

So I called and emailed the advisor for child development. Her phone message didn’t say she was out, but her email auto-replied saying she’d be back on 9/17. So I called the child dvlp. department to find out. The lady says that it’s quarter break and that all advisors and department chairs won’t be back until 9/17. Talk about a really crappy thing to do to students… take off right before the semester is about to start (on 9/20) and keep ‘em guessing about what they need to do.

So she told me I could come in on the 17th and crap. I told her that I need to get my books and blah blah blah and that I’d just switch the class to play it safe. So that’s what I did. Oh, and 2 out of 3 of my classes don’t have the books listed yet and the quarter starts next Thursday. I could keep complaining but I think I’ll stop

Good title for a blog that has the word ‘zen’ in it huh? Well it turns out that my Boyz II Men songs have completely disappeared!!! I dunno wtf happened… but I paid THREE BUCKS for them dammit!!! Fucking shit. I dunno whether to blame iTunes or my computer. Fuck.

I’m listening to New Kids on the Block… “Hangin’ Tough”… next up is “Right Stuff” then “Step by Step”. I’d be more ashamed but I LOVED them in 5th and 6th grade and I can’t seem to shake any of my likes from back then. I still listen to Another Bad Creation and Kriss Kross too. Oh yeah and I like Boyz II Men. “Motownphilly” was playing one night when were at our Pho place, it was like Mia Radio, cuz they played 3 or 4 old songs that I like Jason was not pleased. He said something about Bobby Brown not being them anymore and I said he was never with them, there were only ever 4… Nate, Mike, Shawn & Wanya… hah I just went to make sure Shawn was spelled Shawn, and it is… and there actually was a 5th member! Some dude named Marc who left before they put out their 1st album.

Anyway, I was trying to think of Bobby’s band and kept thinking New… And all I could think of was New Order, which of course he wasn’t in. Then Jason remembered it was New Edition… only after betting a dollar that he was in Boyz II Men, so I won w00t.

Dammit! Somehow my Boyz II Men songs are missing from my iPod :’(
