So. Um. I guess I should write on here.

My last day of work was last Friday w00t. But I’ve still been doing a bit over the phone and stuff this week. Only had to talk to the boss one time though, so that’s nice The new girl can call me as often as she wants hehe.

On 6/29 I bought some Kensington noise-canceling headphones which had a mail-in $10 rebate. I found out they were gonna deny it saying the receipt was dated after the promotional period but I bought it during that time. The only thing I could think of as being wrong was that I printed the receipt after that and they were looking at that date. I sent them an inquiry on their site a week ago and didn’t hear anything so I finally called today. Note: if you call pick the selection that says OVER 8 weeks, even if it hasn’t been that long because it will hang up on you. I only got a live person by accident too. So it turned out someone read it as being July 29 instead of June 29… the receipt says on there at least 8 times “Jun 29″. Out of all the rebates I’ve ever done, this is the only one I’ve had a problem with. So blah, and she said it might take another 6-8 weeks x-(

In other news, my computer is on my last fucking nerve. I think I might drop it off the roof. That’d make a good YouTube video hehe.

Oh, and I passed the CBEST! w00t w00t I did best in math and worst in written. At least I passed though. I don’t think I’ll be able to pass the other tests (CSET & RICA) without months of preparation. Sigh.

I think there were 5 other things I wanted to talk about, but I can’t remember now because it takes my computer about a minute to catch up with what I’m writing.

I have a can of soup here for lunch, but I don’t want it. I was craving pizza because of a video curt344 did. But then I watched Moonchimes do a dare and eat pizza with ketchup on it so that past. But then I was thinking of the video with Dunkin’ Donuts curt344 did and now I want donuts for lunch. I want a glazed twist and one with goo in it. Mmmmmm.

Went camping this weekend with Kat and peeps at San Onofre, it’s so nice there. I got a couple of sunburned spots I’m retarded when it comes to properly applying sunblock to myself. I brought a disposable camera and used the whole thing I’ll post pics later, probably as a vlog I’m guessing. Those vlogs sure are addicting.

In other news, my neck and shoulders are killing me.

I left work early to come home and study for the CBEST, I got too tired and had to take a nap after a half hour because I didn’t sleep much last night. Well the whole time I was thinking the test is at 11 tomorrow but it’s at 8!!! BAH. I better be able to get to sleep alright and crap. I was thinking of being up til 1 or so to study some more, but now I better not do that. Ugh. And of course I should’ve started studying an extra week before I did and am all stressed about the stupid thing. Hopefully I’ll pass just because I don’t want to have to pay for the test again. Dammit!

In my latest youtube video I said that I haven’t been keeping up with my blog enough, and it’s true. I need to write on here more often instead of just plastering pics of lolcats in your face those are fun though and I’ll still put some up I’m sure.

I’ve been studying a bit for the CBEST I’m taking this coming Saturday. Not really looking forward to it, and I better make myself study every night until then. Thankfully you only have to get 70% in each subject to pass… which sounds like it should be really easy, but me trying to do certain mathematical things without a calculator is a big aggravating. God invented calculators for a reason dammit! My reading comprehension needs improvement too. Hopefully I will do ok on the writing. The seminar thing I had for this was at a very inconvenient time and I didn’t do the practice writing thing for the teacher to grade. Didn’t have much faith in her though, what with her former lack of being able to spell superintendent (when she was a principal).

Work was SO slow the end of last week. It needs to be busier so the new chica can watch and learn and have me train her more. Hopefully this week will be more busy. There were days last week that were really good for training, but others just sucked.

And no, still don’t have a new job :\ I’ve been telling myself not to panic, we’ll see how long that lasts. I think I’ll link my youtube page over on the sidebar, but don’t really want to post many of those on here since that’s like it’s own community. If I ever post anything on there you might care about, I’ll go ahead and put it here. But I don’t need this blog to be an extension of my youtube page (as I mentioned in my video).

Now I’m gonna go drink some water, I’m parched.
