It’s almost 2:30 in the morning, and I feel like blogging. I was forced to switch over to the new Blogger the other day, hopefully it doesn’t suck ass. In the words of Garth Algar, we fear change.

Anyway… tonight I watched What Dreams May Come, if you have never seen it, you should. I’ve always liked it, and bought it a few months ago, but hadn’t watched it yet. The story is deep and you feel for the characters.

On MySpace surveys I fill out, I’ve had the question about what movie/s make me cry. I always think back to E.T. when I was a kid and could never thing of anything newer, somehow forgetting what a tearjerker this is. I realized again tonight just how much I love this movie. It has to be in my Top 10 of all time.

Not only is the story great, the actors put on good performances. Especially Robin Williams and Anabella Sciorra. Also, the colors of the amazing scenery are impressive. Such unique ideas all throughout the film. You do have to be in the right frame of mind to watch it since it deals with death.

Okay, now it’s after 2:30 and I think I’m off to bed. I’ll leave you with this pic I took on my cell phone a few days ago of the sky.

I don’t even know when I last blogged. Work has been total MADNESS ever since the start of the new year. It has been so stressful that I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. Ugh. Thankfully the surveillance on this case from hell has ended, and a poor young girl overdosed. We usually don’t do cases like these, but sometimes we do. It was hell trying to get all of the investigators’ reports in order and have them make sense. So many misspellings, wrong license plates, wrong stuff everywhere. Ugh.

I combined the new report and the old ones together, and it ends up being 92 pages. That is HUGE. They want us to spend lots of time on re-doing some video just featuring one guy, that will take days. I’m just glad the report is over. BLAH.

So I got really sick last week, strep throat and a bit of the flu it seems. I am getting better, but am still coughing/spitting/and lacking energy. I missed my bio lecture and lab last week which means I missed my first quiz in lecture and a lab… neither can be made up. As if the class isn’t hard enough without missing points. *sigh* Somehow I’ll have to catch up though, because I have to pass these classes to transfer!!

I just want to get my energy back again. That’d be good. It’d help me with staying awake through class tonight… which doesn’t get out until 9:50. And she keeps us the whole time.
