Myths and Truths about Atheism
I haven’t read the whole article, but from what I did, I like it.

I wanted to write this post yesterday, but never had the chance. I really don’t have time right now either, but I’m doing it anyway.
Christmas was alright, no complaints. I am at work right now though, and that isn’t much fun. And I am trying to wake up, but that isn’t working either. When I got here today I was temporarily locked out of the building. I forgot the coffee place is closed this week, and they are the ones who usually open the big door. Thankfully my dead cell phone came to life for a minute so I called the landlord who was just down the street to let me in. Although, not working would have probably been better.
Two investigators are in the field today, so I guess there is a reason for me to be here. Sigh.
How was your xmas?
This link has a ton of good stuff on it.
With only a few days left before X-Mas, hours left in Michael Leavitt’s term as Secretary of Health & Human Services and minutes left in Eric Broderick’s term as head of SAMHSA – the Federal Government is working overtime to steal 1-800-SUICIDE instead of simply giving this non-profit the over $300,000 of already appropriated and earmarked funds that are still owed.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Agency (SAMHSA), a division of Health & Human Services (HHS), quietly filed with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on December 13th, 2006 to pull the private lines held by KBHC/1-800-SUICIDE.
This underhanded grab at these lines is taking place after two years of private communication and months of public debate ending with a commitment from SAMHSA to review and pay 1-800 SUICIDE’s claim on August 25th, 2006.
Help us by commenting to the FCC to not allow HHS/SAMHSA to change the laws in order to hostilely take over our phone lines!
Write the FCC:
9300 East Hampton Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743
Refer to Case Docet 95-155
Or comment online by following these steps:
Here is a sample letter:
I am writing in support of KBHC/1-800-SUICIDE and encourage the FCC to not simply transfer the lines at a request of another government agency. Please recognize that HHS/SAMHSA have been working at trying to suffocate 1-800-SUICIDE because they created a competing hotline.
Why does the government want private confidential caller information? Please protect the callers identity and realize that HHS/SAMHSA have not paid KBHC money that Congress appropriated for no real reason. Instead they are going to the FCC to try and get a rule changed to hostilely take the lines over anyway.
Do not let that private phone companies like Patriot and McLeod work with HHS/SAMHSA to break the rules and work against this nonprofit and the public good!

You freaking ruled and will be missed.
song with a chick singing and having the characters lip sync the lyrics. I don’t know what they were thinking; maybe they were high on Vicodin and weed when they wrote that in.
Speaking of finales, I took my accounting final tonight. I am so happy that class was over. 18 week semesters are just terrible. I wish them on no one.
